Who are the ”Whistle Blowers”?

This story will start with Bob Lazar, not the first “whistle Blower” but the 1^st person with hands on UFO government employee who “Rated Out” on the US governments UFO recovery program in 1989.

Dr. Eric Davis, Accidental “Whistle Blower” Some how Dr. Eric Davis recorded his conversations and had them transcribed into text. The Secret Conversations with Vice Admiral T.R. Wilson, the Director of Defense Intelligence Agency 7-1999 to 7-2002 with Dr. Eric Davis.

This “Wilson- Davis Memo” was in the possession of Edgar Mitchell, the Apollo 14 US Astronaut, Part of the UFO Team 1 with the US Senators, including Sen. Harry Reid.

This Memo not was released for several years after Mitchel's death  on 2-4-2016. It was kept secret until around 2022, the book on this was released in Sept. of 2023.

We have been living with the Aliens on this planet for some time now.

About 6000 years ago the first wave of Aliens in several Colonies across the Earth came back. They came to Claim land they previously occupied. Many groups or lets call them “Tribes of Aliens” came back to this planet because they were once living here in ancient times – 14000 years ago, they were thriving here.

Peru has a rich history of many diverse kinds or “Races” of Aliens that lived in that area. We should call them “Inhabitants” not Aliens.

WE are more than likely “descendants” of these many Alien Tribes that inhabited the Earth over 13000 years ago.

That makes me feel better, you can through out that “We came from monkeys bullshit” for good now.

In modern time, the news of many Alien factions is welcome news today.

The Aliens that visit this planet are diverse, there are many “Factions” of Aliens that exists today.

 

I will quote Matthew Brow, a CIA intelligence officer, with over 5 years working in the Pentagon. Matthew talked about how many kinds of Alien races are present in today’s world.

He said: There are several species of Aliens, and in each group or species their are many “Factions” and this is good foe mankind in general, because each faction has a different agenda for what they are “Doing” here on Earth.

There overall goals are different from one another. In the long run it keeps a more even keel on how “Humans are Handled” by these many Alien Factions. A competition of agendas for the Hunan Race, in the long run, the expert Dr. James Lacatski said: He has found “No evil intentions” against the human race, in his study of over 2000 UFO type incidents with humans going back in hundreds of years of recorded history to the present time 2025. These encounters have had a positive effect on mankind, not negative.

We are not mature enough as a ‘Race of People’ humans, we are not mentally matured to the point were will gain are full abilities, that will happen someday in the Future, we will “Evolve” into a mature “Race of People” Humans. We are not there yet, 2025.

An example of the diverse kinds of Alien species in the present and the past “Inhabitants” of Earth some are known.

1. The Humanoid: many race of humanoid live on Earth in the past and present. Many factions of this Race are present in today’s world. They look like us.

2. Reptilian Species of “Inhabitants” that are present, with many factions and agendas in today world.

3. Insectoid Species of “Inhabitants” that are present with many factions and Ideas about humans.

4. Tall White Species of “Inhabitants” are present with may factions of these folks as well.

5. The 4 foot Grey Species of “Inhabitants” that are present with many factions and projects they work on too.

The point is: Many factions are present and they have plans and agendas that are long term and “they” work in our world today, unknown to most of Earth Human Population. This is just starting to change, and things are different now from 30 years ago. Mankind is at an “Infection Point” and our history is about to “Change”.

In Peru we have examples of two know Races or “Inhabitants” that lived there with the Peruvian people for over 600 years. The “Large Skull People” also “Inhabitants” of the Peruvian area. They lived and walked among the people of Peru. They taught them many things and improved there lives. That’s not a bad thing.

The Nazca Alien Textiles tell the story of their time here on Earth. How to speak Nazca Alien from thier textiles. The took time to make these beautiful textiles and they all tell a story. In 20215 they found the first three fingered and three toed Nazca Aliens. This opened up a new way of how to explain the Textiles. It’s now can be explained in a very different way, with what the knowledge we have about the three fingered People of Peru.

The textiles are now looked at in a different light. History will be rewritten because of The Nazca Alien Discovery of Thierry Jamin, from Cusco Peru.

Over 50 Nazca Alien Textiles have been located that are dated from 800 AD to 2000 AD years old with both Humanoid and Reptilian Aliens within the textiles out that time period.

In 422 AD this Colony of Three Fingered Aliens waked the Earth and taught the Nazca people how to make wells, and irrigation systems, a flood control system, underground aqueducts that still work today. They built roads that the Incans took over. They were taught math, and an accounting system for their crop sales and other merchandise, they sold gold stuff too. They were taught how to use these a square box calculators, with holes and different pegs you put in it, as a calculator like the Chines Abacus Counting Device of old.

Their story has not been embellished, only the facts and data point to how they lived on Earth with the people of Peru. Their stories stand by themselves as they were told and in the Textiles of that time.

They built the Capital City, Chan Chan Peru in 900 AD long after the arrival of the Nazca Aliens around 422 AD. The Chimor Kingdom lasted 570 years, until the Incans Captured their 11^th King and held him captive in Cusco, Peru. The Incans Ruled Peru for about 64 years. 1470 to1533 when the Spanish took over Peru.
