 Five Eyes "Foreign Material Program"

 

The Five Eyes Program:

(FVEY)  US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand.

These five countries have an information treaty with the US Government to share information with their  UFO program.

Canada has been in this "Five Eyes" international UFO program since 1950 . . . .

2023 David Grusch July 25^th. testifies before Congress about crashed UFOs and Extraterrestrial Biological Entities recovered from crashed UFOs.

The 12 whistle blowers met behind closed doors, testifying to the ICIG. This made public in Nov. 25th. 2023.

They testified behind closed doors already, that could be why Canada sent the letter out March 2023 letter. 

Canada herd about the whistle blowers testifying before congress and sent the five eyes letters this March 2023 . . . .
