“At the conclusion of a 2011 meeting in the Capitol Building with a U.S. Senator and an agency Under Secretary, Lacatski, the only one of this book’s authors present, made this statement and then posed questions.

 

Dr. Lacatski stated:

The United States was in possession of a craft of unknown origin

and had successfully gained access to its interior.

 

This craft had a streamlined configuration suitable for aerodynamic flight,

But no intakes, exhaust, wings, or control surfaces.

In fact, it appeared not to have an engine, fuel tanks, or fuel.

 

Dr. Lacatski posed the questions:

What was the purpose of this craft?

Was it a life-support craft useful only for atmospheric reentry or what?

 

Dr. Lacatski ran the AAWSAP “Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Application Program” UFO Program.

 

Senator Harry Reid led to the 2017 government release of 3 extraterrestrial craft in video form.

According to Dr. Lacatski the Congressional funds (22 Million) went to “The Defense Warning Office” under the DIA and directed to AAWSAP UFO program. 2008 to 2010

Bob Bigelow’s private company and some other outside private contractors were used on this UFO project according to Dr. Lacatski.

You might say it was “TESTs of Various Components of a UFO” and the study of Paranormal Effects of UFO contacts.

Two separate tracts, but the “Two” things you need to study.

1. The nuts and bolts and 2. The Paranormal along with it.

Dr. Lacatski Quote:

David Grusch, the UFO whistle blower is credible, and that Dr. Lacatski works with a  personal friend in the Defense Agency that worked with David Grusch and said he should be taken seriously.

David Grusch has stated the US Government has  multiple spacecraft of non-human origin as well as corpses of deceased pilots in their possession.

 

AATIP was for military cases of UFOs investigations under Lou Elizondo. Both programs ran side by side, but separate and completely compartmentalized. With high levels of secrecy.

Every US Government program has an “counter intelligence  officer” assigned to the program. He runs interference at all times, both Offence and Defense to protect the security of the program from the enemy, China, and Russia, they want this technology.

Russia and China watch everything, so they saw this show “Pod cast #38 interview with government Dr. Lacatski” and they have the book.

1.(watched and copied) , and they have analyzed it all ready. This is serious.

2. They have already run this shows text through a think tank of analysis. You can do that in a day. . . .

China and Russia has the same thing: “counter intelligence officer”.

China, and Russia, they want this technology.

That's why this will always some level of "secrets" from our government.

12. -11); It is expected that numerous experts with extensive experience (minimum of 10 years) in breakthrough aerospace research and development will be required to meet the demands of the above program.

The investigation went well, better than well. What did they find?

What dramatic event happened that makes the us gov feel comfortable moving forward with saying "they have a UFO and they have gotten inside of a UFO".

The 38 Papers developed by AAWSAP, each government department gave input to this program of what questions they were interested in.

Dr Lacatski indicated that the CIA, Naval Intelligence, Air Force Intellagence, and Ground Intelligence The US Army. They all had questions they wanted answered. This was a part of the AAWSAP program.
