"What Is "IT" . . . . Garry Nolan considers UFOs . . .

I wish I knew, I have talked to people on the inside and their is very little agreement to what "It” is . . .

What ever “It” is, it’s so far advanced from us that it beggars our understanding. That “it” is beyond our full comprehension.

They seem to affect our culture overall "over time" with their interactions in general .  . . .  It's much,  much more complicated than we think . . . .

We are often left with more question than the data left from an encounters with “them” can tell us . . .

It is not Human . . . .

It is intelligent and acts in an intelligent manner.

There is a uniform pattern to the UFO stories, they match each other over the years.

This intelligence even has a sense of humor in some cases when relating to “us”.

It's been here a long time:  over 1000's of years . . . . longer than we have been civilized . . .

In an interview in June of 2022, Professor Garry Nolan Stated:

Some Big news is coming out.

The recent events from 2017 till now 2023 with the 12 whistle blowers coming out, Garry feels the news will break within 2 years in a 2022 quote.

Nolan: It's not what we going to "do" about the UFO phenonium.

It needs to studied, and in my heart, I have hope that Government will releases all UFO materials to be studied. It wont go to the public, but controlled.

I am excited to find out what we can learn from this in our future.

The ability to hover, instant acceleration to 5000 miles per hour. Way past our technology . . . .

Garry Nolan is one of the smartest men on the planet.

The 1st UFO Material Isotopic Test Published

Publicly released in Nov. 2023

A UFO dropped some waste metal in 2 cases. The samples are from a blob of metal on the ground. Molten metal was left behind from a UFO overhead. This is well documented.

Garry Nolan has the best equipment for the job.

Nolan: “A reasonable subset of them had claimed to have seen UAPs and some claimed to be close to things that got them sick.”

Ultimately, his team learned the people, who they originally thought were damaged, had an “over-connection of neurons between the head of the caudate and the putamen.”

The number of people that had this “over-connection” led to the open question: “Did coming in contact with whatever it was cause it or not?”

Sensitive to observing UFOs have this “over-connection of neurons between the head of the caudate and the putamen.”

Dr. Nolan:

There is a bundle of nerves at the head of the Caudate and the Putamen.

The Basil Ganglia, that is important in reasoning.

Formulating a goal, and a subset or lists of what you will need to do to accomplish this one thought process.  Completing the process of achieving goals in the brain translates into actions by "us" in the physical world.

It’s an Executive Function of the brain to accomplish goals, intuition, and perception of the physical world.

There is a density of these nerves 1 in 200 have this.

The number of people that had this “over-connection” led to the open question: “Did coming in contact with whatever it was cause it or not?”

It's Inherited passed down family lines.

In Nolan's family his Mother, his brother, and sister, have this increased amount of nerve connectivity found by MRI . . . .

It's a dominant trait, when two smart people are attracted to smart people. They marry and have children. Their children marry smart people and pass this connectivity down the line. It can increase intelligence over a long, long, period of time. This has been proven genetically.

This is what you get,  "Extra Connectivity" in this area of the brain . . . .

The basal ganglia control body movements. This is a long-standing concept that has been confirmed repeatedly by animal experiments and human movement disorders.

Experimental lesions of various parts of the basal ganglia impair the initiation, execution, and inhibition of spontaneous and planned body movements Pathological lesions of the human basal ganglia are associated with a variety of movement disorders, including involuntary movements.

A number of neurodegenerative diseases involve the basal ganglia. The most common among them is Parkinson’s disease, which is typically associated with tremor, bradykinesia (akinesia), and rigidity).

Overall, basal ganglia dysfunctions lead to a remarkable set of movement disorders, suggesting that the basal ganglia contain multiple mechanisms for controlling body movements.

However, animals and humans with basal ganglia dysfunctions show deficits that may not simply be classified as movement disorders.

For example, animals with large lesions in the striatum may ignore a moving object or obsessively follow it Patients with Parkinson’s disease may have difficulty in performing two movements simultaneously or in learning of probabilistic classification Dopamine deficiency in the striatum leads to severe contralateral hemi-neglect in monkeys.

Humans with restricted lesions in the caudate nucleus or the globus pallidus may be unable to initiate everyday behaviors spontaneously.

Patients with Parkinson’s disease may be less motivated in achieving goals and may also show symptoms of depression.

These observations, as well as many others not described here,

suggest that the basal ganglia are involved in many mental processes:

including motor

sensory

learning

memory

cognitive executive decision-making,

motivational

emotional functions
